Your role is to ensure that customers travelling with their pets have a personal experience and that all procedures are followed whilst being professional and discreet at all times. You will be well-presented, wearing the supplied company uniform and demonstrate commitment to the highest levels of customer service, as set out in the company standards.
The role will require you to be flexible in attending pet arrival flights, as and when required, throughout the operational hours of the airport.
